What is the return policy?
All sales are final. If you would like to transfer the ticket to someone else, reach out to us using the help page
When do I need to be at the venue?
All VIPs will start an hour before the advertised door time. Any change will be relayed to you via email.
How do we get to the side of the stage for SIDE STAGE FAM?
Our Tour Manager will communicate the instructions to you during the meet and greet before the show. Typically, we ask you to meet at a predetermined location at a specific time. Usually right as the band before State Champs is ending.
Will it sound the same on the side of the stage as it does in the crowd?
Short answer: no. Long answer: We will have a speaker set up so you can hear the show the same as the crowd is hearing it. But its one speaker vs the huge array of speakers and subs facing the crowd. It will sound different.
What if I'm late?
Life happens! We get it. Sometimes you're late. The VIP will run for an hour before the venue opens the doors for the show. If you arrive during that time, we will sort you out no problem.
If you arrive after doors, we will do our best to accommodate you during the show. No promises, though. You will still be able to get your items at the merch table.
How does check in work?
After your purchase, you will receive an email from Evey Events & Tickets. In that email is a link to a web-hosted ticket, a pdf ticket, and a apple wallet ticket. All we need to see at the venue is the QR Code from your ticket. We will be scanning those upon entry.
